SHIPPING
Each part is carefully inspected before packaging. They are then packaged appropriately to reduce potential damage during shipping. For your benefit, all orders are shipped insured. Some of the parts come in big boxes while others may come in multiple smaller boxes. We use USPS and FEDEX exclusively for all our shipments. Once the order is complete and shipped the buyer will receive a tracking number where they can get an estimated time of arrival. If boxes are damaged, do not accept package and notify the carrier and VELOZ DESIGNS LLC within 24 hours. A Damage claim will then be processed. Shipping cost has been added to each part under the BUY NOW button. A flat rate has been added to each part and includes cost of boxes and protective material and insurance. International orders outside the continental 48 lower US states will be charged an additional shipping cost. Inquire before ordering.
PURCHASES
A BUY NOW button is provided for each part. It is linked to VELOZ DESIGNS LLC account. Transactions are made through the secured site of PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to pay through them. It is very easy to create and provides you with a secured website for the transfer of money. As an option you may select sending money through MESSENGER ZELLE, CASH APP or VENMO. This is a free service and it is a secured site as well. For the PREMIUM parts a deposit may be requested to start the fabrication process. Remaining balance is due before parts are shipped. Since all Premium parts are made to order, Deposits are NON_REFUNDABLE. Ensure the Premium part is the one you want before submitting order.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Parts must be inspected upon receipt. If there are any issues, customers must submit an email or PM to us explaining the issues within 10 days of receipt of part. If possible, We will try and solve the issue before a Return is approved. If a Return is necessary due to shipping carrier damage, we may provide a return label for the damaged piece if it is repairable; we will then process a new replacement part FREE of charge (pictures of original box and damaged areas are required) If there is a claim due to shipping damage, the carrier may opt to pick up the damaged part and return it to us. Shipping damage claims my take 4 weeks to get processed. If a Return is because there is some small defect on the part: we may offer a partial refund to customer provided the customer keeps the part as is; if that is not accepted by the customer, then we may provide a return label for the original parts; we will then process a new replacement FREE of charge. If the Return is due to customer not liking the part or had a change of mind and there is nothing wrong with the part, then the customer is responsible for shipping the part back to us within 15 days of taking delivery. Shipping back to us is paid by the customer. These Refunds will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Part must be re-sellable as new open box and must be packaged in the same manner it was shipped. If the part has been installed on vehicle or has been altered in any way and can not be re-sold as open box item then Returns/Refund will not be approved.
AVAILABILITY
We try to keep inventory in stock of base materials. But sometimes we are at the mercy of our suppliers to ship us the parts. This may take longer than 10 days. Because we sell products completely finished with custom colors, we cannot ship immediately. Please allow 7 days minimum for preparation and customization of parts AFTER we receive parts from supplier. Normally from the time the payment is received it takes us 2-3 weeks to get the products ready for shipment. But we try to get all orders out within 7 days after payment has been received. For the Premium parts there may be longer fabrication times than normal.
PARTS DISCLOSURE
VELOZ DESIGNS LLC manufactures some of the products we sell. Others are from suppliers that have their own fabricators. We maintain a high level of QC for the parts we manufacture and we guarantee proper fitment. The remaining items offered by VELOZ DESIGNS LLC are manufactured by our suppliers. We inspect their parts for obvious surface issues and we ensure their parts are prepped appropriately before we apply our finishes. If there is any surface issue from our inspection, we send parts back and get new ones. But since we don’t manufacture those pieces we cannot be held responsible for any issues emerging from their manufacturing process including fitment issues. If there is a problem with any of the parts we sell we will first determine the cause and we will try to remedy the situation over the phone. All the pieces we sell are custom manufactured aftermarket components that may or may not have an OEM perfect fitment. We strongly encourage communicating with us BEFORE ordering any components to answer any questions you may have. VELOZ DESIGNS LLC strongly recommends the parts be installed by a professional shop to ensure proper fit and secured attachment. Unfinished products may come with some imperfections that need to be addressed by the customer before applying finishes. Since these are not OEM products, It should be understood that it is perfectly acceptable to have imperfections even on completely finished products we sell. All products require dry-fitting on vehicle before applying any finish by customer if any. Not all products are direct fit. Some require adjustments, sanding, filling, trimming or grinding areas for proper fitment. This must be done by a competent professional shop for proper fitment. After installation there maybe some mild scaring left on mating surfaces that most of the time is concealed by new part. If part is ever removed the scaring will be visible and needs refinishing as required by customer. VELOZ DESIGNS LLC is not responsible for any cost associated with the removal of the new part or refinishing body panels. Aftermarket products sold by VELOZ DESIGNS LLC require certain level of mechanical skills that are sometimes above customers abilities. They also require special equipment to maintain adequate level of safety during installation. Professional installation is highly recommended.

Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, All products sold by VELOZ DESIGNS LLC are for off-road and/or car show purposes only- on vehicles that will not be driven on public streets/highways. Products have not been approved for street or highway use. VELOZ DESIGNS LLC discourages the use of these car body aero components on public streets and highways or anywhere where public may be put in danger by the use of such components. VELOZ DESIGNS LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages as a result of use of any of our products we sell.
